Bad weather procedure

There are occasions when the school has to be closed in order to ensure the safety of the students and staff even though it is our intention to keep the school open whenever possible.  It is important that you discuss with your child what to do in the event of the school closing early or have a plan in place should we be unable to open.

In the event of bad weather conditions, including snow you should check this website where the information will be displayed on the Home page, the school's Twitter feed @Billericay_Sch, the Essex County Council website and announced on Heart Essex (96.3 & 102.6 FM).

If you use NIBS buses to travel to and from school, it would be advisable to check their website using the link below to provide up to date information on services, particularly in the case of inclement weather.
